Dark Chocolate Chickpea Baked Oats

It's like eating cake for breakfast, with a spoon, covered in melted chocolate, maple syrup and BRAVE's crunchy Dark Chocolate Chickpeas 😋

We know what you're thinking and the answer is "YES", these oats are totally vegan. Always 🌱
Ingredients
(Serves 1)
- 40g Oats
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds + 3 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Banana
- 75ml Plant-based milk
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Handful Raspberries
- 3 Pieces of Vegan Dark Chocolate
- 30g BRAVE Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
- Coconut yoghurt
- Preheat your oven to 170c fan
- Combine your chia seeds and water in a bowl and leave to one side. I should become a gelatinous (this is your egg replacement)
- In a blender, pulse the Oats and cinnamon to break the oats down a little
- Then add to the blender the chia see mixture, maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, plant-based milk and baking powder. Combine well
- Pour the mixture into a greased bowl and top with raspberries, dark chocolate pieces and BRAVE Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Top with coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and some more Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
- Enjoy!
