Dark Chocolate Chickpea Baked Oats

It's like eating cake for breakfast, with a spoon, covered in melted chocolate, maple syrup and BRAVE's crunchy Dark Chocolate Chickpeas 😋

How can you RESIST? 😍

We know what you're thinking and the answer is "YES", these oats are totally vegan. Always 🌱

 

Ingredients
(Serves 1)

  • 40g Oats
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds + 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 75ml Plant-based milk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • Handful Raspberries
  • 3 Pieces of Vegan Dark Chocolate
  • 30g BRAVE Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
  • Coconut yoghurt
Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 170c fan
  2. Combine your chia seeds and water in a bowl and leave to one side. I should become a gelatinous (this is your egg replacement)
  3. In a blender, pulse the Oats and cinnamon to break the oats down a little
  4. Then add to the blender the chia see mixture, maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, plant-based milk and baking powder. Combine well
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased bowl and top with raspberries, dark chocolate pieces and BRAVE Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  7. Top with coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and some more Dark Chocolate Chickpeas
  8. Enjoy!
