BRAVE'S Vegan Minted Pea Bruschetta

Check out these delicious Vegan Minted Pea Bruschetta. Creamy pea puree, crispy smoked @this.uk plant-based rashers and topped with delicious BRAVE Sea Salt Roasted Peas 🌱 They'll knock your socks off!⁠ 😍


BRAVE's Vegan Minted Pea Bruschetta⁠
(makes 12)⁠

Ingredients:

140g frozen peas, thawed⁠
2 tbsp Vegan cream cheese⁠
1 tbsp Vegan butter⁠
1 Handful of mint, finely chopped⁠
Cayenne pepper⁠
Salt & pepper⁠
Mint to garnish⁠
BRAVE Sea Salt Roasted Peas⁠
6 Slices sourdough bread, toasted and cut into bitesize squares⁠
3 THIS Isn't bacon rashers⁠

Method:⁠

  1. In a blender mix the peas, cream cheese, butter, cayenne pepper and mint. Season to taste⁠
  2. Fry the THIS rashers in a pan until crispy and set aside to cool. Cut into small triangles⁠
  3. Place a teaspoon of pea puree on each piece of sourdough, top with a triangle of plant-based bacon on each canapé, a slice of mint and BRAVE Sea Salt Roasted Peas!⁠
  4. Enjoy! 😋
