Emma's Chickpea Brittle:

400g Sugar
115ml water
1x Sharing Bag of BRAVE Sea Salt Roasted Chickpeas (115g)
1 tsp Vegan Butter
Oiled metal spoon

1. Place baking parchment on a rimmed baking sheet and spread with Vegan Butter
2. Place the sugar and water in a pan and melt over a high heat (without stirring) until the sugar begins to turn golden. Continue to cook until the sugar has melted and turned golden brown (about 10 minutes) stirring occasionally.
3. Take the mixture off the heat and stir in the chickpeas with the oiled spatula. Pour onto the lined and buttered baking sheet and leave to cool for at least 15 minutes
